Fee and Options Schedule for Sellers
Practice Appraisal	Flat Fee of $3,500
	Due upon completion of appraisal report Discounted to $2,500 with signed listing/consulting agreement Applied towards transition consulting fee options 1 or 3 below.
Practice Transition Consulting	Option #1: Tiered Flat Fee
(100% Acquisitions)	Contingent upon completion of the sale Paid at time of closing (or as installments over the deferred period, if applicable) All services included Tiered flat fee is as follows: - 10% of selling price for practices selling under $250,000 - $25,000 for practices selling from $250,000-350,000 - $35,000 for practices selling from $35,0000-450,000 - $45,000 for practices selling from $450,000-550,000 - $55,000 for practices selling from $550,000-650,000 - $45,000 for practices selling from $450,000-550,000 - $50,000 for practices selling over $550,000
	Option #2: Hourly rate of $275
	Paid based on any time spent in relation to the practice transition Paid regardless of outcome of the sale/transition $1,000 retainer paid at onset
	Option #3: 10% of Selling Price
	Contingent upon completion of the sale Paid at time of closing All services included
Associate Buy-in / Partnerships	Flat Fee of $22,500
Acquisitions of 50% or less)	Part paid in advance: $2,500 $500 per month due during the deferred period (in any) Remainder paid upon completion of sale All services included
